m2p-labs supported team Aachen

This year, 273 teams coming from 6 continents attended the iGEM Giant Jamboree. Students buzzed around, setting up their posters and stressing about their presentations.

For the third time, m2p-labs supported a team of the RWTH Aachen University which participated in iGEM (international Genetically Engineered Machine), a global synthetic biology competition. The aim of the 16-member interdisciplinary team was to produce a photocaged protease for washing detergents. As an award, the overgrad Team Aachen received a gold medal and was nominated for both, for “Best New Application Project” and „Best Hardware“. m2p-labs congratulated the iGEM Team Aachen on this huge success.
